There are many advantages to
having your venue host a Date Switch event. Many
of our participants like to come early and have
a drink or two to loosen up for the event. Many
also enjoy drinks during the event and stay after
to drink and mingle with people they have just
met. If you serve food your venue also provides
the participants with a place to come early and
enjoy dinner. You will also enjoy the publicity
that accompanies the promotion of the event and
letting everyone know it will take place at your
location.
We choose off peak nights and times so you benefit
from having 40-50 people or more on a date and
time where you would not be as busy. The event
itself will generally last from 60 – 90
minutes.
As of right now we do not have any exclusive venues
so we are willing to try new and different venues.
We do require a few things - a generally upscale
venue, a minimum of 20 tables, and a semi-private
or private area. We can also incorporate special
things to help your business. These include ideas
such as coming early and getting a certain % off
your meal, or free dessert, or drink special after
the event with your registration, etc. It can
help bring money to your business at an off peak
night and time.
